Documentation Checklist
Application Form
Complete and signed application form for the relevant academic year.
Birth Certificate
Original or certified copy of the student's birth certificate.
Academic Records
Certified school reports from the previous two years of schooling.
Identity Photos
Recent passport-sized photographs of the applicant (4 copies).
Medical Records
Immunization history and official medical clearance certificate.
Passport/ID
Copy of the student's and parents' valid passport or national ID.
